Job summary
The telesales executive is responsible for contacting potential customers by phone to promote and sell the company’s products or services. The role focuses on generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining good customer relationships to help the company achieve its sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain the company’s products or services clearly.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up on interested customers and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Requirements:
