Job Summary
We are seeking a Telemarketing Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will conduct outbound calls to prospects, effectively communicate the value of our digital banking solutions, and achieve sales targets through personalized engagement and adherence to regulatory standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to prospects based on their financial profiles and preferences
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our FinTech products and services, including digital banking solutions, payment processing, and financial management tools.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and engagement, understanding their financial needs, challenges, and goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in any related field
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in Sales
- Ability to communicate with customers and other staff members
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems and their functions
- Resilient and positive nature
- Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
