Job Description
Plug199 Ideas Concepts Innovation and Creatives seeks a persuasive, customer-focused Telemarketer for a remote, full-time position. Salary: ₦120,00–₦200,00 per month. The successful candidate will make outbound calls to prospective clients, promote company products and services, record customer information and call logs, follow provided scripts, meet sales targets, and offer actionable feedback to improve processes.
- 0–3 years’ experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic CRM and computer literacy a plus
