Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Telecom Network Monitoring System Engineer to join our team at IpNX Nigeria Limited. As a Telecom Network Monitoring System Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the performance and functionality of our telecom network systems.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the telecom network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and identify any abnormalities or network faults.
- Analyzing network data, logs, and reports to determine network performance trends and potential issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement plans for network systems.
- Providing technical support and guidance to other team members regarding network monitoring tools and systems.
- Ensuring compliance with network security requirements and protocols.
