Job Description
Ascentech Services Limited seeks a proactive Technical Support Specialist to support spare parts and service operations. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, coordinating after‑sales service and repairs, preparing quotations, processing orders and invoices, maintaining accurate records, and submitting periodic reports. Experience with CRM systems or service coordination is an advantage.
- Qualifications: HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in service, sales support, or spare parts operations
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and organizational abilities
- Age: 18–30; Salary: N80,00–N150,00 gross monthly
