Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist (Mechanical and Facilities) to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the mechanical systems and facilities within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans.
- Coordinating with external contractors and vendors for repairs and equipment installations.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of facility improvement projects.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background in mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with facilities management and knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations is highly desirable.
