We are seeking a Technical Specialist to provide hardware and software support, perform system installations and upgrades, and maintain accurate technical documentation. Working closely with engineering and support teams, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues, prepare clear technical reports, and deliver end-user training to ensure stable operations.

• Requirements: minimum 2 years in technical support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with networking and operating systems, excellent communication; relevant certifications preferred.
