We are seeking a Technical Operations Lead to oversee system performance, incident response, and ongoing process improvement. You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement operational best practices, monitor KPIs, and automate routine tasks, while providing expert guidance on troubleshooting, capacity planning, and change management.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in technical operations or SRE
• Technical skills: Strong scripting (Python/Bash), experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and modern monitoring tools
