Role Overview: Technical Lead (Head of Technical)
As the Technical Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of our IT team, driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge financial solutions. Leading a dynamic team of Developers and IT professionals, you’ll ensure the delivery of top-notch software solutions aligned with business needs and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, nurture, and manage a skilled technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Motivation and Development: Implement effective motivation plans, driving team performance and individual growth.
- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute technology strategies, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Architecture Design: Formulate and maintain a scalable, high-performance technical architecture.
