Job Description
SignalADoc is seeking an experienced Technical IT Support professional based in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of IT support experience and will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.
- Monitor system performance and manage IT inventory.
Qualifications:
