Job Description
We are seeking a highly efficient and proactive individual to join our team as a Technical/Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our technical and executive staff, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
- Handle correspondence and phone calls professionally
- Perform research and organize data for reports and presentations
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an assistant in a technical or executive capacity
- Proficient in using office software (MS Office, email clients, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
