Job Description
As a Technical Director/Head of Performance Venues, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of our performance venues. Your main objective is to ensure smooth operations and maximum functionality of the venues during events, while maintaining a high standard of technical quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing technical requirements for events, including sound, lighting, and stage setups.
- Managing and supervising technical staff, including technicians and operators.
- Ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of all technical equipment and systems.
- Collaborating with event organizers, performers, and production teams to meet their technical requirements and expectations.
- Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures for the venues.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions.
