Job Description
TERAWORK.AI is seeking a full-time Technical Assistant to support the Director’s Office at a development bank. Responsibilities include analyzing agricultural and rural finance policy and legislation; tracking emerging issues and executive decisions; coordinating federal, state, and local stakeholder engagement; preparing briefs and stakeholder communications; representing the directorate in interagency forums; and supporting partnerships, grant monitoring, and advocacy initiatives. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, agricultural economics, development studies, or law, and demonstrate strong analytical skills, clear written communication, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
