Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Assistant to join our team. As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Manage and maintain computer networks, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide user support and conduct training sessions to ensure the proper usage of technology tools.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade software and hardware.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in troubleshooting computer systems and software.
