Job Type: Hybrid

Monthly Salary: N300,00 – N400,00 NET (based on level of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues via email, chat, or phone.
• Collaborate with the development team on recurring issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Knowledge of SQL queries is a must.
