Job Description
– Collaborate with the engineering and customer success teams to create comprehensive technical documentation.
– Ensure that documentation aligns with industry standards and best practices.
– Regularly update documentation based on system changes and improvements.
– Manage the Trello board to track tasks for both customer success and engineering teams.
– Facilitate regular updates and synchronization between teams through Trello.
– Ensure tasks are aligned with project timelines and goals.
– Set up and manage communication channels, including Slack, to foster collaboration.
– Oversee effective communication flows between customer success, engineering, and management.
– Act as a bridge to facilitate communication and understanding between technical and non-technical team members.
– Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any downtime promptly.
– Generate regular reports on customer success and engineering tasks.
– Provide insights and analysis to the Managing Partner on project progress and potential improvements.
– Collaborate with team managers to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
– Additional certifications in project management or technical writing are a plus.

– Familiarity with IT administration and infrastructure management.
