Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly driven and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead for SME Partnership & Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing partnership strategies to expand our SME network.
- Identify and engage potential SME partners, establish relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to SME partners to ensure successful implementation of partnership programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management or business development, preferably in the SME sector.
- Proven track record in successfully establishing and managing partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
