Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Recovery. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the recovery processes and managing a team of recovery specialists.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recovery strategies and tactics.
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Monitoring team performance and providing guidance and coaching to team members.
- Analyzing recovery trends and making recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the recovery process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in debt recovery or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
