Job Description
Standard Bank is seeking a qualified Team Lead for our Business & Commercial Banking segment, located in Abuja, FCT. In this full-time role, you will oversee a team of Business Bankers responsible for managing tier 2 customers. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 5 to 7 years of experience in commercial or business banking. A strong background in sales and relationship management is essential for success in this position.
