Job Description
We seek a seasoned lead to oversee onboarding and relationship management for enterprise clients. Key duties include monitoring sales, conversions, leads, and cross-sell targets; reactivating dormant accounts; and resolving client complaints via phone, email, and web chat. Required: degree in Finance, Accounting, or Social Sciences; ACCA/ACA or a master’s degree is advantageous. Candidates should have 5–7 years’ frontline relationship or commercial banking experience with credit exposure.
