Job Description
A Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of tax compliance and planning within an organization. They ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations, minimize tax liabilities, and maximize tax benefits for the company.
The key responsibilities of a Tax Manager include:
- Preparing and filing tax returns and reports accurately and on time.
- Conducting tax research and analysis to identify tax-saving opportunities.
- Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, including timely payment of taxes.
- Managing tax audits and resolving any tax-related disputes or issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as finance and legal, to provide tax guidance and support for business decisions.
