Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Tax and Audit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all tax and audit functions within our organization, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company’s tax liabilities.
- Lead and manage the audit team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or ACCA certification is required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in tax and audit.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
