Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Talents and Culture Officer in a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan. The Talents and Culture Officer will be responsible for nurturing an inclusive workplace culture and managing talent development strategies. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new team members, organizing training programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves fostering employee engagement, facilitating team-building activities, and aligning organizational values with day-to-day operations to encourage a thriving and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources principles, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ability to develop and promote workplace culture strategies and foster team engagement initiatives.
• Proficiency in organizational management, policy development, and implementation of compliance measures.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in designing and conducting training and professional development programs.
• Proficiency in using HR management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in the non-profit or youth development sector is highly desirable.
