Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Management Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the talent management functions within our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for different positions
- Assisting in the development and implementation of talent management programs, including training and development initiatives
- Supporting performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
- Assisting in the development and implementation of succession planning strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in talent management or related HR functions is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
