Job Description
We are seeking a Total Rewards & Compensation Specialist to design and deliver compensation, benefits, and talent programs that support business objectives. You will own compensation benchmarking, benefits strategy, job evaluations, performance management, and reward communications; advise leaders on pay decisions and workforce planning; and leverage HRIS and data analysis to monitor market trends and support talent reviews.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business; 3+ years’ experience in compensation/rewards; advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency; excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
