We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting—sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting onboarding. The role requires developing sourcing strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and reporting recruitment metrics to drive hiring success.

• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools; ability to build relationships across teams
• Ownership of candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and onboarding support
