Job Description
Blume Distribution Limited seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and background checks. You will partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, support employer branding, and maintain recruitment trackers and Excel dashboards.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 3–6 years’ experience in recruitment/HR (FMCG advantage).
- Skills: Strong Excel, excellent communication, high professionalism, analytical and organized, team-oriented.
- Compensation: N200,00–N300,00 per month.
