Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
Plan and organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Guide managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recognition and reward programs to acknowledge employee contributions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative and strategic thinking to design effective employee engagement initiatives.
Certification in HR or related fields is a plus.

Salary: ₦200,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month
