Job Description
A Support Engineer UPS Systems is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers using UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems. This position requires a solid understanding of UPS systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
The Support Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to problems related to UPS systems. They will also be responsible for documenting and reporting customer issues, as well as working with the engineering team to develop improvements and enhancements to the UPS systems.
Key responsibilities of a Support Engineer UPS Systems include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshooting UPS system issues and guiding customers through the resolution process.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to develop solutions for complex technical problems.
- Documenting and reporting customer issues to ensure proper tracking and resolution.
- Providing training and technical guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of UPS systems.
