Job Description
UNCLE T’S RESTAURANT seeks a dedicated Supervisor to assist the Manager and Chef in daily operations. The Supervisor will schedule and train staff, assign duties, and oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure consistent quality.
- Ensure prompt, courteous guest service and address feedback, authorizing refunds when appropriate.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards; educate staff on menu ingredients and allergy awareness.
- Lead weekly staff meetings, motivate the team, and complete assigned administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: ₦200,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month.
