Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) operations in Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will supervise a team of sales representatives, ensuring high-quality customer service while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales representatives and achieve sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively address complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and customer base expansion.
- Manage inventory levels and accurately track sales data.
Salary: N120,00 – N150,00 per month.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
