Job Description
Eden Solutions and Resources is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supermarket Supervisor to manage our daily operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless store functionality, upholding exceptional customer service, and assisting in team supervision, inventory management, and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager, lead staff, oversee inventory levels, coordinate employee schedules, and address customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of retail experience, strong leadership capabilities, and basic computer skills.
Education: A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
