Job Description
MacTay Consulting is looking for a proactive and disciplined Supermarket Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Ilupeju. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail supervision, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, enforcing store policies, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and conducting staff evaluations. Applicants should possess a minimum OND/HND/BSc degree in Business Administration or Retail Management, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
The salary for this position is N150,00 monthly.
