Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Student Counselor. As a Student Counselor, your main responsibility is to provide guidance and support to students in various aspects of their academic and personal lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer individual counseling sessions to help students overcome personal issues that may affect their academic progress
- Provide guidance and support in career planning and course selection
- Organize and conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and stress management
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to identify and address students’ specific needs
- Assist in the implementation of intervention programs for at-risk students
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience in counseling or working with students is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
