We are SENCE, seeking a seasoned Structural Design Engineer for a remote position. This role requires over 20 years of experience to perform design quality checks, train new engineers, and participate in site visitations. Ideal for those not actively job hunting but open to unique opportunities in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct design quality checks for compliance.
• Review structural designs and specifications.
• Provide guidance to enhance design accuracy.
• Visit sites for assessments and feedback.
• Train and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years in structural design.
• Proven experience in quality checks.
• Desire to mentor junior engineers.
• Strong knowledge of design codes.
