Job Description
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and provide strategic guidance and recommendations.
- Create and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
