Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for the Store Manager.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Fostering a customer-focused environment, encouraging staff to exceed customer expectations.
- Supervising store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- Conducting regular team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦85,00.00 per month
