Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Victoria Island

Salary: Competitive

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

The Store Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations and administrative duties. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling records, stock control, and material issuance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and receive materials into the store.
• Maintain proper stock keeping and conduct regular stock counts.
• Handle material requests from employees and issue approved items.
• Provide reports to the Accounts Department for asset keeping.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained and properly arranged for easy identification of items.
• Monitor products to ensure there are no expired items and report expired products promptly.
• Ensure unused materials are reported in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of diesel consumption and make timely requests.
• Submit monthly diesel consumption reports to GGMI and Procurement on a daily basis.

Education & Experience

• Must be a university graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
