Job Description

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited specialize in recruiting and managing domestic staff. Our mission is to provide the public with the best and affordable household services, including Nanny and housekeeping services, professionally trained caregivers, janitors, and licensed nurses.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store’s appeal.
  • Uphold company policies and standards, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other retail management software.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in furniture and electronics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
