Job Summary
Whip-Smart Service Providers is seeking to recruit a manager for a leading beauty and cosmetic store dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional customer service, creating a unique shopping experience.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Lead a team to achieve sales targets and offer excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage suppliers.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies.
- Analyze sales data to enhance store performance.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management.
- 2-3 years of managerial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Prior retail management experience, preferably in fashion stores.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
