Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our clothing store team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be crucial in driving sales, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock losses.
  • Create visually appealing merchandise displays to attract customers and promote sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a store manager or similar managerial role in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques and inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
