Job Description
- Our client is currently in need of a Store Manager. He / She would be responsible for overseeing the productivity of the store and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Duties include interacting with other staff members in order to improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating store operations
- Applying marketing strategies
- Developing the strategic positioning of the store within the local market
- Ensuring the quality of customer service
- Supervise personnel: training, motivation, appraisal, etc.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in managing a fashion store
- Being able to communicate effectively
- Being able to manage people
- Being able to lead a team
