Amy Consulting – Our client, a Fashion retail company, located at Ikoyi, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position of Store Manager.

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Our client is currently in need of a Store Manager. He / She would be responsible for overseeing the productivity of the store and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Duties include interacting with other staff members in order to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating store operations
  • Applying marketing strategies
  • Developing the strategic positioning of the store within the local market
  • Ensuring the quality of customer service
  • Supervise personnel: training, motivation, appraisal, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing a fashion store
  • Being able to communicate effectively
  • Being able to manage people
  • Being able to lead a team
  • Being able to relate to people from different cultures
  • Being knowledgeable about retail and sales issues
