Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies to increase customer base.
- Expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training and motivating sales staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, and profits.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Conduct performance appraisals to assess training needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
