Job Description
Lolly Kitchen Affairs Limited is seeking a committed Storekeeper to manage our food supplies and kitchen equipment. This vital position involves receiving, storing, and distributing essential items to ensure our kitchen remains fully stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries.
- Store food items in accordance with HACCP standards.
- Organize stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
- Assist with stock audits as needed.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Maintain precise records of stock movements.
