Job Description

Virgin Forest Energy Limited seeks a Station Manager to oversee daily operations of a fuel station in Nigeria. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class) in Business Administration or a related field and have at least 3 years’ experience as a Filling Station Manager in the downstream oil & gas sector, including depot sales exposure.

• Key skills: negotiation, marketing, reporting, adaptability, teamwork, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Responsibilities: plan and evaluate station operations; manage and schedule staff; enforce policies and compliance; resolve customer issues; drive sales growth; and implement customer incentive programs.
