Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer rejuvenating spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body scrubs.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend personalized wellness therapies.
- Create a tranquil and comfortable environment for clients to enhance relaxation.
- Provide skincare advice and promote spa products to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address clients’ concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Certified/licensed spa therapist with relevant training.
- Proven experience in administering spa treatments.
- Strong understanding of skincare and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a calming and welcoming atmosphere.
- Knowledge of spa products and willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
