Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa & Recreation Specialist to join our team at the Radisson Hotel Group. As a Spa & Recreation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa and recreational services to our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide range of professional spa treatments and services.
- Ensure that all spa facilities and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create personalized experiences for guests by recommending and tailoring treatments based on their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate and conduct various recreational activities for guests such as fitness classes, outdoor sports, and team-building exercises.
- Maintain accurate records of spa and recreational activities, including guest appointments, inventory, and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certification in spa therapy and/or fitness instruction is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of different spa treatments, therapies, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
