Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Sous Chef who is dedicated to creating outstanding dining experiences. You will collaborate closely with the Head Chef to motivate our kitchen team and uphold our culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
• Train and supervise line cooks while implementing strict hygiene protocols.
• Conduct line checks and oversee inventory management.
• Work in conjunction with the inventory manager on special menus and events.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of culinary experience in a high-end kitchen environment.
• Culinary Diploma is preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage kitchen operations effectively.
• Must reside in Abuja.
