Rekrutly Tech Bootcamp is seeking a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and screen candidates from the APAC region, including the Philippines, Malaysia, and Australia.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance CV selection processes.
• Aim to achieve a target of 15 AI-selected CVs each month.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Receive 12.5% of total billing for each successful placement.
• Qualify for additional bonuses based on AI CV selections.
