Kartel Energy is in search of a talented Solar Technician to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on solar PV systems. Key duties include providing exceptional customer service, performing onsite installations, repairs, and troubleshooting, as well as maintaining thorough documentation for clients. Additionally, you will conduct root cause analysis for persistent issues, investigate technical failures, and prepare detailed technical reports. Effective management of record keeping and spare part inventory is also essential.
